Job summary

MedStar Health, a leading healthcare system in the Maryland-Washington, D.C. region, seeks a CT Technologist to perform imaging across affiliated hospitals in Baltimore, MD.

This full-time role includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to patient care, safety, and imaging excellence. The ideal candidate has CT training with ARRT-aligned credentials, plus strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or accredited radiologic technology certificate required.
• CT experience: less than 1 year to 6 months, or CT certificate preferred.
• Adheres to ARRT Standards of Ethics and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Executes basic CT competency across locations and patient populations.
• Assists with IV access and contrast administration per policy.
• Maintains clean, safe workspace and prepares examination rooms.
• Transports patients to CT and communicates findings and preparation requirements.
• Documents procedures and ensures proper image transfer to PACS.
