Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT technologist in Cambridge, MA. You perform CT scans under supervision, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compassionate care for patients.

You will operate CT equipment, administer contrast, start IVs, and document in EPIC while upholding ARRT and MA licensing standards. Requirements include two years of radiologic technology training, ARRT registration, MA radiography license, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of formal radiologic technology training.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• License in Radiography by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs CT scans of head, chest, abdomen, extremities or other CT procedures ordered by radiologist.
• Operates CT equipment and related consoles and monitors.
• Administers oral and intravenous contrast material and initiates IVs.
• Logs contrast reactions in EPIC and documents exams accurately.
• Follows department protocols and responds to emergency CT requests promptly.
• Mentors students and supports efficient patient flow in the department.
