Job summary

5110 Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners per physician orders and to produce detailed imaging for diagnostic use. You will assist patients, verify identifications, and ensure accurate data entry and archiving within RIS and PACS.

Role requires MA state radiologic licensure, ARRT/NMTCB registry eligibility, CT certification within a year, and BLS within 90 days, with on-site responsibilities and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in medical imaging required.
• ARRT or NMTCB registry required.
• MA State rad tech license required.
• CT Certification required within 1 year.
• BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and operate CT scanners per physician orders.
• Provide patient care and assist onto scanner; verify ID.
• Enter patient data into RIS; archive files to local media and RELAY/PACS.
• Ensure exams are labeled correctly and transmitted to PACS.
• Adhere to department policies and maintain equipment.
