Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora seeks a CT Technologist to operate CT, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI and more, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. The role requires hospital radiologic credentials and ARRT certification, with opportunities for professional growth in a faith-based health system.

As part of a busy imaging department, you will perform three modalities regularly, coordinate patient care, and participate in safety protocols and quality initiatives across Tuolumne and Calaveras counties.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor’s): Preferred.
• Master's Degree: Preferred.
• Three years' technical experience: Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment; performs at least three modalities regularly.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs; conducts mobile imaging as needed.
• Safely prepares contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
