Job Description

Department: MH: CT- (Full Time, Varied Shift) - This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3000.

Job Summary: Under supervision, the CT Technologist 1 performs Computed Tomography (CT) scans based on prescribed protocols. The role involves preparing patients, using equipment safely, maintaining professionalism, following safety guidelines, working with clinical students, and adhering to HIPAA and compliance standards. Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• One year of CT experience preferred.
• Certifications: CRT, ARRT (R), BLS, IV Certification; CT ARRT Registry eligible within 6 months, and must obtain ARRT (CT) within 12 months.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of CT procedures, safety, and equipment.
• Ability to produce quality scans, ensure safety, and maintain documentation.
• Effective communication skills in English (Spanish preferred).
• Proficiency with computer software and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and handle a clinical environment.
