Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC in New York is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging in inpatient and outpatient settings, producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and patient care.

The candidate must be ARRT registered, with State/CT technician credentials and at least 1 year of experience. Basic Life Support within 30 days is required, and shifts include multiple 8-hour blocks across the day.

Qualifications

• ARRT Registered Radiographer required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician or Registered CT Technician.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT imaging procedures in inpatient and/or outpatient settings to diagnose medical conditions.
• Operates CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities.
• Obtains informed consent, prepares patients, and explains procedures.
• Manages patient care from newborn to geriatric populations.
• Shifts are 8 hours: 6A-2:30P, 7A-3P, 8A-4P, 9A-5P, 3P-11P.

CT Technologist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

• The CT Technologist works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions.
• You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients.
• You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them.
• The patient population may range from newborn to geriatric.
• 8 HR SHIFTS ONLY- 6A- 2:30P, 7A-3P, 8A-4P, 9A-5P, 3P-11P
