Job summary

Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our imaging team in the heart of the Rockies. The role involves performing CT, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures to support high‑quality patient care.

This PRN position carries an 8% pay differential and offers a mountain lifestyle with access to outdoor recreational opportunities, while contributing to a community‑centered hospital environment.

Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation.
  • Must be current on state‑of‑the‑art office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.
  • Solid ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion and integrity.
  • Must work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate resourcefulness and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full scope CT, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications and radiation exposure per regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and organizational policies.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1.Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have graduated from an approved ARRT program; and one year related experience and/or training;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A high degree of accuracy in positioning, exposure technique, and radiation safety is essential.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to patient‑centered care.

Summary

The Radiologic / CT Technologist independently performs a full scope of computed tomography (CT), radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures. This role is responsible for acquiring and analyzing diagnostic data at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. The technologist prepares, administers, and documents medications and radiation exposure in compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
