This role involves maintaining a professional scope of practice as defined by the California Business and Professional Code and successfully completing the Dignity Health Medical Foundation orientation, demonstrating skills and behaviors that meet a fully competent performance level.

The CT/Radiologic Technologist is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, supporting patient care services under supervision, assisting in prepping patients for CT and X-ray exams, relaying instructions from radiologists, collecting and documenting patient data, and performing diagnostic imaging. May require working in other modalities with appropriate licensure and occasionally at other locations within the Greater Sacramento Area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
• California CRT license
• AHA BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiology equipment operation, and radiation safety

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT/Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with medical terminology, electronic practice management systems, and PACS
