Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a per diem CT Technologist to perform computerized tomography scans for diagnosis and treatment. The role requires collaboration with physicians and the radiology team in a patient-centered setting.

Eligible candidates must hold a radiologic technology certificate, appropriate licenses, and BLS certification at hire. Per diem shifts offer weekend and on-call opportunities with comprehensive Providence benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Hold Washington Radiologic Technologist license at hire.
• Hold National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• Hold ARRT - Radiography at hire.
• Within 1 year: NRCT or NBTC CT certification.
• Within 60 days: Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide computerized tomography to patients for diagnosis and treatment.
• Assist physician as required and perform related tasks as assigned.

Under the general supervision of the CT Supervisor provides computerized tomography to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, assists physician as required and does related work as assigned.

Shift Details: Per diem/On-call, Variable shift.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or
  • Within 1 year of hire National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
• Within 60 days of hire Washington Medical Assistant Registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging.
• 2 years' experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan or special procedures.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
