Job summary

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Illinois is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Imaging team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, position patients, operate CT equipment, and obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; CT Tech I/II levels considered. Education requires an associate degree or certificate in radiologic sciences, with WI license and IL accreditation; ARRT RT certification is required or registry-eligible

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science or certificate program required.
  • 1 year radiology experience preferred but not required.
  • IL accreditation (or temporary) in Medical Radiation Technology required; ARRT RT credential required with 12 months.
  • WI license as Radiographer required; CT credential from ARRT preferred; BLS required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate CT equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients accurately and follow physician orders.
  • Ensure imaging quality and safety while supporting patient care.
  • Assist with equipment setup and maintain imaging records as required.

Pay Range:$31.03 - $46.54A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Imaging team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while following physician orders, accurately positioning patients, preparing and operating CT equipment, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images are obtained for interpretation.New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates at the CT Technologist I and CT Technologist II levels will be considered.
