The Radiology Department is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of care in an efficient and timely manner. The department will be as accessible and sensitive to patient's comfort, safety and dignity as possible within the scope of services.
Job Purpose: Performs a wide range of routine and emergent CT scans. Must be capable of working independently, unsupervised in a fast-paced setting. Must possess a wide range of technical knowledge. Must be able to make advanced clinical imaging decisions. Must possess good communication skills and meet service excellence standards.
Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program Current Massachusetts state license Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Certification in CT imaging modality preferred. Must be certified in CT within one year of employment if not currently certified. Current AHA BLS certification. Minimum for 2 years CT experience
