Job Title: CT Technologist

Department: Radiology

Location: Clifton Springs Hospital

Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Weekend Program with Premium Incentive Pay, Friday-Monday

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

Summary: As a CT Technologist, your ability to empathize with patients, specialized technical skills, and dedication to quality greatly enhance the overall success of imaging and the department as a whole.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care - Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs.
2. Documentation - Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures; document performance of studies in patient charts.
3. Daily Maintenance - Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock, and prepare rooms.

Required Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree in Radiologic Technology in Applied Science or equivalent.
• NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment.
• Effective 7/16/2018 - NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to work in various software applications preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred.

Education: Licenses / Certifications: ARRT - Radiography, NYSED - Registered Radiologic Technologist.

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components.
