Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician. The role involves ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

1. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for patient populations served in the department.
2. Show knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan and assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to age-specific needs.
3. Assess patients/families' ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout the CT procedure.
4. Deliver compassionate, holistic care, supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.

What qualifications you will need:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
3. ARRT registered; CT Certification or to be acquired within 6 months.
4. Minimum of 1-3 years CT experience.

Additional Information

This position is for an PRN (as needed) role. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited radiological program, BLS certification, ARRT registration with CT certification within 6 months, and 1-3 years of CT experience.
