Comments And Notes: CRU- MUST START IN THE NEXT WEEK
Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) -ARRT CT: will be required to work EVERY weekend. Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7a-7:30p ARRT required Phillips experience is preferred Must be able to scan traumas independently Experience in similar sized teaching facility MUST be able to start PIVs - if HCP does not have this skill the professional will not be successful in this assignment EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
