Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CT Technologist, located in Baltimore, MD. The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during exams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role involves working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic images, implementing radiation safety measures, and performing routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling and preparing patients for procedures, explain imaging processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed as a Radiologic Technologist with additional certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the ARRT
• Proficiency in performing CT imaging procedures and operating CT equipment
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection standards
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
• Previous experience working as a CT Technologist is preferred
