Responsible for maintaining necessary credentials and supporting new employee orientation by documenting clinical competence. May perform general radiology or lab testing as required. Utilizes critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based guidelines to manage imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes. Engages in education, safety checks, and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning, supporting organizational goals and patient care excellence.
