Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital on Johns Island is seeking a CT Technologist to perform advanced CT imaging under radiologist supervision. You will operate CT equipment, verify images, and prepare the exam room with necessary supplies to ensure high-quality scans.

Responsibilities include clerical duties, scheduling, and supporting the radiology team. ARRT/SCRQSA/BLS licensure is required, CT registry within six months of orientation, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT, SCRQSA, BLS. CT registry required within 6 months of departmental orientation completion date, at which point SCRQSA ARRT will be obtained.
• Education: Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and/or ARRT / CNMT.
• Experience: Experience preferred. Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation based on these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• CT Technologist performs computerized tomography diagnostic procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Operates diagnostic equipment, verifies images and prepares room with necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure.
• Assist in diagnostic work area as needed. May supervise students as directed by area supervisor.
