Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT diagnostic procedures under radiologist supervision. You will operate CT equipment, verify images, and prepare the room with required supplies for each procedure.

Evidence of ARRT and SCRQSA (or equivalent), BLS, and CT registry within 6 months is required; AMA approved Radiologic Technology education is expected. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT. SCRQSA required, BLS. CT registry required within 6 months of departmental orientation completion date, at which point SCRQSA ARRT will be obtained.
• Education: Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and/or ARRT / CNMT.
• Experience: Experience preferred. Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation based on these responsibilities. Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the patient/internal and external customer.

Responsibilities

• CT Technologist performs computerized tomography diagnostic procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Operates diagnostic equipment, verifies images and prepares room with necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure.
