Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a CT Tech for the Medical Imaging unit at Miami Valley North. The role involves independently performing CT procedures, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining equipment while complying with licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, CPR within 30 days of hire, ARRT(R) certification, and OH licensure. CT registry is preferred; on-call duties may apply. Weekend night schedule offered as part-time position.

Job description

Job Title: CT Tech

Unit: Medical Imaging

Shift: Weekend Part-Time Nights (Friday and Saturday 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m.)

Facility: Miami Valley North

Sign on bonus eligible along with substantial additional premium pay for weekends

Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities or at other facilities based on departmental needs. May have on call responsibilities.
