Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a CT Technologist for the Clinic to prepare patients for CT examinations and produce diagnostic CT images while safeguarding patients from unnecessary radiation. You will follow imaging protocols and provide pre/post education to patients and families.

The role starts with instruction and guidance, advancing to work under general supervision. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety, assisting physicians, and adhering to department policies to deliver optimal exams

Qualifications

• 1 year as Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist.
• Associates degree in radiologic technology.
• ARRT and LSRT licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for Computed Tomography examinations.
• Produce CT images to aid in diagnosis and prevent unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Follow pre-established imaging protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families pre and post exam.
• Assist physicians with examinations using standard department protocols.
• Identify and address patient safety concerns and communicate findings clearly.
