The Role

Provide quality patient care within the medical imaging department. Perform high-quality images and exams, maintaining sensitivity to patient needs and following safe radiation practices. Demonstrate leadership and act as a clinical resource to ensure current standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely, adhering to radiation safety rules and reducing exposure.
• Produce quality images accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and inform patients about procedures, responding to their physical and emotional needs.
• Assist and position patients during exams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of related experience
• ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T), CNMT registry, or State CT registry ARRT(R) with CT training
• Current BLS from American Heart Association
• Radiology Technologist license in Kansas if applicable
