Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced PRN CT Technologist to join our oncology care team. You will perform CT procedures with high quality, assist physicians in determining study appropriateness, and help guide patients through imaging as part of their cancer care journey.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, current IV and CPR certifications, and at least three years of CT experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited school.
• Minimum three years experience as a CT Technologist.
• Certification as a registered radiologic technologist (ARRT) required.
• Current IV and CPR certifications required.
• Certification in CT strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures as ordered achieving a high level of quality.
• Escorts patients to treatment room. Assists with dressings as necessary. Completes all paperwork necessary to ensure timely delivery of CT services.
• Logs radiologic procedures completed. Processes routine paperwork.
• Provides protection for patient and self in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
• Ensures the safety and physical comfort of the patient while in technologists care.
• Conducts daily quality control measures to monitor machine performance.
• Reports all malfunctions and/or need for adjustments to the proper company or facility.
• Follows prescribed safety standards in operating equipment. Maintains confidentially of all information related to patients and medical staff.

RMCC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PRN CT Technologist to join our team in Colorado Springs. Join our oncology care team as a CT Technologist and play a vital role in delivering advanced, patient-centered imaging that supports accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. In this highly specialized setting, you’ll contribute your technical expertise and compassion to help guide patients through some of the most important moments of their care journey.

Salary Range

$35.00 -$52.00

Requires ability to reach above shoulder height. Requires sitting/standing for extensive periods of time. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
