Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Dahlonega, GA is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist and Supervisor. The role requires independent judgement and safe application of ionizing radiation for diagnosis across all ages.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality images, documenting in RIS, coordinating with imaging staff, and assisting with contrast media and venipuncture as needed.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT licensure
• High School Diploma or GED; ARRT program graduate
• Two years of radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment per specs and safety protocols
• Produce quality images within established protocols
• Maintain patient records per department procedures
• Assist with contrast media and venipuncture as needed
• Attend department meetings and training; mentor new staff
• Perform non-technical duties as assigned
