Job summary

Northside Hospital is looking for a CT Technologist to operate computerized tomography equipment, providing diagnostic images for patients of all ages. Candidates must be graduates from an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school and hold ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) registration. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Preferred qualifications include prior training or experience in CT scanning and the ability to insert an intravenous catheter.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school
2. Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
3. Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED

1. Prior training or experience in Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning.
2. Ability to insert intravenous catheter
