Cooper Lighting Solutions seeks a CT Tech for night shifts at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia. The role includes performing diagnostic CT examinations and providing patient care. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available. Ideal candidates are graduates of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program and certified by ARRT.

The Imaging department is well-equipped, offering a great working environment in a level III trauma center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• BLS certified.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations under the guidance of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal and geriatrics.

Imaging jobs at Piedmont Henry offer the opportunity for you to work in a state-of-the‑art hospital featuring the very best equipment, great staff, flexible scheduling, and a great work environment. Our Imaging department has their own transporters and patient lift equipment to help move patients for imaging exams. We have 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts as well as weekend option pay. Our department includes X‑ray Techs, CT Techs, MRI Techs, Ultrasound Techs, Mammography Techs, Interventional Radiology Techs, OR X‑ray Techs, Unit Secretaries, Transporters, RNs, PAs, and Radiologist.

We are a 259‑bed hospital, a level III trauma center, a level III neonatal intensive care unit and stroke certified. Our Emergency room sees about 100,000 patients a year.

Our Imaging department consist of the following:

X‑ray 3 Routine Rooms & 2 Fluoro Rooms (86,000 exams per year)

CT 4 CT Siemens rooms (72,000 exams per year)

MRI 2 MRI units (1.5T Siemens & 3T GE) (10,000 exams per year)

Ultrasound 3 Siemens Rooms (21,000 exams per year)

Breast Health Center 4 Hologic Diag/Screening Rooms & 1 DEXA (23,000 per year)

IR 1 GE Room (2,500 exams per year)

Outpatient Diagnostic Center CT, MRI, Mammography & X‑ray (11,000 exams per year)

Surgery (OR) 5 GE OEC C‑Arms

CSU Pre and Post unit for patients receiving moderate sedation

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross‑sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital‑based training program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BLS certified. PREFERRED: 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.
