Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Westminster, CO is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced radiology department.

You will lead by example, maintain ALARA principles, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and provide expert support as a clinical resource across the unit.

Schedule: Nights Monday through Thursday 8:30 pm–7:00 am, with competitive compensation and benefits as part of the CommonSpirit Health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ARRT (CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or ARRT (R) with CT training.
• State Radiology Tech license for those working at a Kansas site.
• BLS, American Heart Association.
• One (1) year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals.
• Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient exposure to ALARA.
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
• Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient’s condition.
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required.
