Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams per orders and departmental protocols.

You will educate patients, prepare and administer IV contrast, and maintain ALARA principles while ensuring safe, efficient imaging. Collaboration with radiologists ensures accurate diagnosis and continuity of care. This full-time role requires ARRT CT and radiography credentials and CPR.

Qualifications

• ARRT RT (Radiography) required with CT certification preferred.
• 1+ year radiology/CT experience or completed CT training program.
• Proficiency with IV contrast administration and patient monitoring.
• Strong communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and ALARA standards.
• Proficient in EMR/PACS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure prompt workflow.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Position patients accurately; maintain radiation safety practices.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and care continuity.
• Document findings and maintain EMR/PACS records.
