Job summary

North Florida Outpatient Imaging Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a CT Technician to operate CT equipment and acquire diagnostic images. You will ensure ALARA standards, support inventory control, and assist with patient scheduling. After-hours coverage may be required as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT RT (R) with Florida licensure and a Radiologic Technology degree; BCLS is required within 30 days of start. CT experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• State licensure/registration required.
• No CT experience required; 6 months preferred.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT RT (R) certification with advanced CT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic quality images.

Job description

CT Technician (InVision Imaging) at North Florida Outpatient Imaging Center provides care for patients requiring CT procedures. Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, producing diagnostic quality images, ensuring ALARA standards, assisting with inventory management, patient scheduling, and providing after‑hours coverage as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT Registration RT (R); Advanced level certification in CT preferred.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• No prior CT experience required; 6 months of experience preferred.
