Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Key West, FL, seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist CT Tech II to perform advanced CT studies, 3D post-processing, and high-quality patient care. The role requires ARRT-CT certification, Florida radiographer license, and BLS/CPR certification.

You will work with a skilled radiology team, prepare patients, and ensure safety and accuracy across procedures at our Key West campus.

Qualifications

Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in CT and hold a current Florida General Radiographer license.
BLS/CPR certification required.
Graduate of an AMA Accredited Educational Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent.
Three years of clinical CT experience and ability to perform 3D post-processing of specialty CT procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepares patients for examination and assists radiologist/physician during procedures.
Reviews patient records to verify orders prior to examination.
Performs and documents CT exams and 3D post-processing as required.
Trains new technologists and technical staff; supports department leadership in absence.
Adheres to safety policies and radiation dosimetry guidelines; reports equipment issues.
Maintains department supplies and ensures proper use of imaging equipment.
Participates in monthly department staff meetings.
