Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform diagnostic CT examinations under the Radiologist's supervision and provide compassionate patient care across all ages.

The ideal candidate is ARRT certified, a graduate of a JRCERT approved program, and BLS certified, with preferred 6 months of experience in radiology. Join us to contribute to high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist (preferred).
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under the direct supervision of the Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).

PREFER:

6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BLS certified.
