Job summary

Under limited supervision, you will gather patient histories, document meticulously, and assist radiologists while ensuring safety and quality control. Training and weekend/holiday rotations are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Active KBMIRT at time of hire. ARRT within 90 days of hire.
• CT Registry is required. Registry eligible candidates must obtain CT certification within one year of employment.
• Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT imaging under limited supervision.
• Gathers patient histories and ensures accurate documentation for medical records.
• Assists radiologists with invasive procedures and administers contrast media per protocol.
• Maintains equipment quality, reports malfunctions, and stocks necessary supplies.
• Transports patients when needed and participates in call, weekend, and holiday rotations.
• Engages in training, maintains quality control, and performs other duties as assigned.
