Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Amarillo, TX seeks an experienced CT Technologist for an evening shift. You will perform diagnostic CT exams following physician orders, applying safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality images to support accurate diagnoses.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, holds ARRT (R) and MRT licenses, and can obtain BLS within 14 days. Prior CT experience and familiarity with PACS/RIS/EMR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• MRT License from the Texas Medical Board.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT (Computed Tomography) examinations in accordance with physician orders, department protocols, and established safety guidelines. The role requires patient interaction, technical knowledge of imaging equipment, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• MRT License from the Texas Medical Board.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• ARRT (CT) certification.
• 1-2 years of CT Experience.
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
