Job summary

Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day-shift, full-time CT Technician to perform computed tomography imaging procedures and support the Radiology team.

You will meet requirements including an Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences, ARRT or equivalent, NM licensure within one year, and BLS certification; one year of radiologic technologist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent.
• Basic Computer skills; Proficient with pressure injectors; Cross-sectional anatomy; Sterile techniques and patient monitoring. Radiation safety.
• One (1) year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure is required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography imaging procedures.
• May provide clerical support to the assigned department, including but not limited to maintaining records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• Lovelace Medical Center (LMC), in the heart of Albuquerque, is an acute care hospital providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services.
