Qualifications

• Ability to perform most CT procedures.
• Experience with CT scanning and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure needs are met promptly.
• Ensure timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients before, during, and after exams.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, departments, physicians, and staff.
• Review patient satisfaction data and suggest improvements.
• Resolve patient irritants using appropriate resources.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure on-time completion of own performance pathway and submit self-evaluation.
• Participate quarterly in the associate satisfaction survey.
• Submit ideas to improve customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
• Assist in monitoring departmental CQI indicators and raise improvement ideas.
