Be attentive to patient satisfaction results and collaborate with management team on ways to improve the department in general and facility overall. Seek ways to improve systems and services. Assist with the education and instruction of student technologists and all others rotating through the area to learn. Demonstrate ability to meet and sustain departmental expectations while completing work assignments as it pertains to patient care in an ethical manner.
