Formación

• Must be licensed/registered by ARRT
• Must have current NYS license to practice
• Minimum of 5 years of CT experience preferred
• NYS IV Contrast certification required or within 6 months
• Must demonstrate ability to take scheduled call rotation

Responsabilidades

• Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance
• Position patients for scans
• Assist physicians in CT imaging procedures
• Adhere to radiation safety practices
• Complete full caseload and capture diagnostic images
• Sterilize radiologic equipment
• Interpret doctors' scanning instructions
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
