Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
• ARRT radiography certification or NMTCB certification.
• Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• State and Federal background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up room and equipment for patient exams; maintain sterile technique.
• Perform CT examinations per physician orders and explain procedures to patients.
• Monitor patient status and assist with transfers as needed.
• Document patient information and procedure details in the radiology chart.
• Maintain supplies and ensure proper film labeling and quality control.
• Follow radiation safety policies and protect patients and staff.
