Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers (STRIC) in San Antonio, TX is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to maintain technical skills, operate CT equipment, and ensure patient safety per ACR guidelines.

You will work under radiologist direction, perform exams, document results, and contribute to a positive patient experience. STRIC is part of HCA Healthcare and offers comprehensive benefits and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program.
• Associates or higher degree; ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit.
• CMRT license or ARRT CT registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic CT procedures with minimal radiation exposure and high image quality.
• Maintains room readiness and patient positioning; ensures safety and comfort.
• Documents procedures and STAT reads in information systems per policies.
• Keeps equipment clean and stocked; follows disinfection and inventory procedures.
• Adheres to ACR QC requirements and department guidelines.
