Job summary

Sentara Healthcare Inc is looking for a CT Technician in Elizabeth City, NC. In this role, you will perform Computed Tomography (CT) and CT guided interventional procedures under the direction of a physician, as well as provide educational support to patients and their families.

Qualified candidates should hold a Radiologic Sciences or equivalently accredited certificate. ARRT or CNMT is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply. You will need to obtain the CT registry within 2 years of hire.

Qualifications

• ARRT required or CNMT obtained within 2 years.
• Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two years of hire.
• New grads are welcome, no experience in CT required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography (CT) and CT guided interventional procedures.
• Provides patient and family education.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains supply inventory.

Education
