Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a CT Technologist for night shift at our Arizona facility. The ideal candidate is ARRT-registered, licensed as a general radiographer, and a graduate of an AMA-accredited program with 2+ years of hospital CT experience.

You will perform head/brain, neck, chest, abdomen/pelvis CT scans and related procedures, adhere to radiology protocols, and support OR imaging and fluoroscopy as needed. Cerner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited program.
• ARRT-registered and state-licensed general radiographer.
• Minimum 2 years hospital CT experience.
• Night shift available: 3x12s Sun/Mon/Tue.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scanning including head/brain, neck, thorax, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities.
• Support fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm, and OR imaging per protocol.
• Maintain CT system proficiency and adhere to sterile procedures.

Position:CHS Travel: CT Scan Tech / Radiology (Nights)

Position Information:

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The CT Technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures. Responsibilities also include: knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy.
