The CT/MRI Scan Technologist plays a critical role in the diagnostic imaging process by operating computed tomography (CT) and other radiology equipment to produce high-quality images for medical analysis. The technician is responsible for preparing patients for scans, explaining procedures to alleviate concerns, and ensuring patient safety throughout the imaging process. Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with a focus on CT imaging.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
• Current licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of employment.
• Additional certifications in MRI or other imaging modalities.
