Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registration or documented CT training program.
• Advanced CT certification within one year of hire.
• VA State Radiologic Technologist License required.
• CPR certification required.
• Six months radiology experience; three years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for radiology and CT examinations by verifying orders and patient identity.
• Performs radiology/CT exams across age groups and maintains competency.
• Assists in transporting patients when required.
• Adheres to departmental policies and ensures safe, quality patient care.
• Maintains RIS and supports safety management programs.
• Supervises and instructs students; supports MWH School of Radiologic Technology.
