Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging at a high technical level with minimal supervision. You will support physicians and nurses, operate PACS, and maintain accurate records in a team-focused hospital setting in Wisconsin.

The role requires ARRT certification in radiography, BLS, and 2+ years radiologic experience; CT experience and ER exposure are preferred. Join a patient-centered imaging team in a growing network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred.
• Certified radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing.
• Registered Technologist with ARRT in radiography required.
• ARRT CT certification preferred; CT certification required within program-specific deadlines.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
• 1+ years CT experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of ER experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, PACS, and related hardware/software.
• Fluency in English, written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses and others in meeting patient needs.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams per policies and inform the physician on duty of results.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under physician/nurse direction.
• Maintain documentation in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform duties as assigned.
