61st Street Service Corporation is seeking a CT Radiology Technologist to join the CT imaging team supporting ColumbiaDoctors. You will perform CT studies, ensure image quality, and assist with patient care in a collaborative environment across practices in the Northeast.

Qualifications include 2+ years of CT/PET-CT experience, NYS license and ARRT CT certification, and BLS. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, including operating CT/PET-CT equipment.
• NYS License, ARRT CT certified.
• Current BLS required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong de-escalation ability.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to follow facility policies.
• Proficient with computers and EHR systems, Microsoft Excel/Word, email.

Aufgaben

• Greet and interact with patients, visitors, vendors, and all faculty and staff.
• Perform CT studies and general radiological procedures with image accuracy.
• Review imaging requests for appropriateness with radiologist.
• Position patient and select imaging options for best results.
• Monitor patient status in CT area and coordinate with care team.
• Ensure quality of finished images prior to radiologist review.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment and maintain logs and PM schedules.
• Handle clerical tasks related to imaging and archiving records.
