Job summary

USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist to join our imaging team. The role involves performing x-ray procedures in the imaging department and operating room, including C-Arm procedures, with emphasis on image quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, proper QA, and coordination with physicians. The position requires ARRT and state licensure, BLS, and two years of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Two years radiology technician experience required.
• C-arm experience required.
• Licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist required.
• Ability to move quickly in response to physician and patient needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Performs x-ray procedures in the Imaging department and operating room.
• Performs C-Arm procedures and processes films.
• Maintains and documents equipment calibration.
• Assists with preoperative assessment as needed.
• Ensures exams are sent to PACS, QA’d and completed prior to end of shift.
• Maintains aseptic technique and safety in procedures.
