Job summary

Prisma Health's Blount Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures and ensure quality imaging and accurate documentation. You will work with radiologists, nurses, and other staff to optimize patient safety, comfort, and exam efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scanning protocols and ability to maintain competency.
• Proficient in filming from imaging workstation and data entry.
• Ability to work with radiologists to determine appropriate protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patients and procedures and communicates with nursing or physician.
• Positions patients accurately for all procedures and wires patient board with finish times.
• Performs CT procedures following radiologist protocols and ensures timely archiving.
