Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a CT Technologist for the Woodmen ED in Colorado Springs. The role involves performing CT imaging, reviewing patient history, and educating patients while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include administering contrast, monitoring patients, and ensuring accurate results. Candidates should be ARRT-CT certified or registry eligible with CT experience and hold BLS/CPR credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and CT registry eligible with ARRT completion within 12 months.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ARRT CT registered RT or registry eligible with CT emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and initiate CT images per physician order.
• Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient condition.
• Enter/transmit and report scan results; maintain image quality and QC.
• May perform 3-D post processing as needed.
