Job summary

A Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) with CT experience is sought for a permanent full-time role at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Kansas. The position involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and CT imaging across radiology, ED, and surgery, with on-call weeknights and weekends.

New graduates may be considered. Benefits include a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Licensure and ARRT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license/certification.
• ARRT registration required.
• One year of radiologic/CT experience preferred.
• New graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce high-quality images.
• Provide imaging services in radiology, ED, and surgery.
• Perform portable radiographic procedures as needed.
• Utilize CT skills to support the imaging department.
• Provide appropriate patient care and education before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify and address patient care needs, including language or communication barriers.
• Treat patients and families with dignity, professionalism, and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Explain procedures and provide verbal reassurance to patients and families.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for weeknights and weekends.
