Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Powers ED team in Colorado Springs. The role performs computed tomography imaging, prepares and administers contrast safely, and ensures high-quality images while monitoring patient status.

The position requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT CT certification or registry-eligibility with timely completion, and BLS; licensure as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered and/or registry eligible with ARRT CT; complete registry within 12 months where required.
• State licensure if required by law; BLS Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images per physician order.
• Safely administers contrast media and monitors patient condition.
• Ensures image quality and equipment function per best radiology practices.
• Possibly performs 3‑D post processing and reports results.
