Job summary

UCHealth Emergency Arvada is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT imaging and diagnostic procedures onsite in Arvada, CO. The role collaborates with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality imaging.

The position is full-time, night shifts, with a pay range of $37.35-$52.29 per hour, based on experience. Onsite role with no hybrid/remote option; requires ARRT CT certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as RT and ARRT CT registry within 12 months or registry eligible.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and orders to ensure appropriateness and educates patient about procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope; monitors patient status.
• Performs Point of Care Testing (POCT) and Moderate Complexity Laboratory Testing per procedures; ensures quality.
• Conducts EKG procedures and vital assessments as required; assists with routine patient care.
• Exhibits critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
